Minti Street

This shack was renovated with its original 1970s 'River House' in mind. The bones were kept including the stained glass windows, original timber floors and high ceilings.

It was transformed from a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom shack to a 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. There was a semi-detached retreat out the back next to the pool which included all the necessities including a kitchenette. It's always a joy to renovate a home and keep the original concept and have the 'old with the new'.
